I love a nice cuppa, both first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I brewed myself a cup of this turmeric ginger tea yesterday to enjoy before bed and it just didn’t hit the mark. The ginger and turmeric flavors are present but mostly the tea tasted watery. I tried a second cup using two tea bags but alas, it really didn’t help. For reference, I used an 8 oz mug and poured the resulting tea into a clear glass to show what it looked like. I’m guessing the turmeric colored the water - it just didn’t impart enough flavor for my taste.
This is not a tea I would drink on the daily, as I'm not a huge ginger fan, but this is a really nice tea for medicinal purposes. I'll be drinking this the next time I'm feeling under the weather.

This tea smells so lovely! Fresh ginger smell and taste, along with turmeric. I love that this tea doesn’t have sugar added like a lot of other teas. The turmeric has great anti inflammatory properties which helps my Rheumatoid issues. I like that this is in individual tea bags and it doesn’t take long to steep to get a tasty cup of tea. This just makes me feel good knowing both ginger and turmeric are so healthy for me!
I love that this is just turmeric and ginger so that there aren’t any added ingredients. These tea bags can be used for making hot or iced tea and the instructions are on the bag for both. It tastes great, especially with some raw honey (and sometimes lemon if I have one.) The tea bags come sealed in a zippered bag so you can reseal it and keep your tea fresh.
This bag of 20 herbal tea bags is an upgrade from supermarket herbal teas because the pyramid tea bags are packed together in a resealable bag to preserve freshness and therefore limiting the waste of individual packaging. However, even if the spices and ingredients seem of good quality, I find that the aroma and taste are not very pronounced and I smell and taste mostly turmeric rather than ginger. Overall, it's a good product but the flavor could be better.

Big pieces of each herb. Smell’s fresh. I like the taste of the ginger with the turmeric. And it doesn’t get overly spiced by the ginger, even when I steep it for a long time.
I got this because smart Dr people say timers and ginger have so many health benefits. I was just lucky that this blend doesn’t make me hate being healthy. I actually like it. I do less in my little loose leaf holder than I first did which also helped.
Tastes delicious although my initial reaction was, “Yikes! This too spicy!’ Turmeric and ginger are both anti-inflammatory. Very good if you do not want to pop Ibuprofen all day.
