Pour 7oz (200ml) Freshly Boiled Water
158°-176° F Water
Steep For 1-3 Minutes
Sip & Relax
For Iced Tea, Use 2 Tea Bags, Steep In Boiled Water for 5 mins

This bergamot-flavored green tea offers a pleasant citrus taste that customers said resembles Earl Grey. The tea features quality mesh bags and works well hot or iced. While most shoppers praised the flavor, some noted concerns about package warnings and that it contains bergamot flavoring rather than actual bergamot.
My concern is that there is a warning on the package that says “CANCER AND REPRODUCTIVE HARM”I don’t know what to do. Both of my sisters have cancer, so I don’t want to invite an illness!In addition, there is another note on the package that says, “Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medicine or if you have a medical condition.” I have to take thyroid medicine, so I am surprised and disappointed that Bergamont green tea could be so problematic!
smells pleasant
The green tea and this product is very good, the Bergamont is just the flavor. There’s no real Bergamont in it. However, the tea does taste good.

Not too many do bergamot in a “green” tea form… in general it’s black. Happy to find this. Now I just need them to DOUBLE bergamot. ..lol

I have rarely enjoy green tea neat but the bergamot elevates this tea tremendously and cuts or eliminates the aftertaste of green tea which I have never cared for myself. For those of you who don’t know, Bergamot is the citrus flavor one finds in Earl Grey. So if you like or gray black tea, you will probably like this green tea. Top Marks for the quality of the tea bags as well, very nice mesh.
The taste is good, just didn’t expect to get (for that money) flavored tea instead of true bergamot.

nice and healthy
I enjoyed my first cup using one bag per 8 oz of water and a 3 min steep. But my second was better using two bags. My suggestion would be to plan on 2 per cup. But the product is very good. The bergamot is strong but does not overpower. Definitely worth trying.
